Hi! I’m Chelsey—licensed acupuncturist, traditionally trained Chinese herbalist and holistic health practitioner.

Like many of the people I work with today, I experienced symptoms that conventional medicine and band aid holistic remedies couldn’t fully address. This led me to discover the power of healing from the root through lifestyle, Traditional Chinese Medicine, mindset, seasonal living, and quantum biology – all honoring the body’s innate capacity to heal.
When you understand how to nourish and support your body optimally, everything changes – your energy, your confidence, your work, your relationships, your ability to show up fully in your life.
